A three-day International Sports Expo started in Greater Noida on Thursday. UP’s minister of state for sports and youth affairs Girish Chandra Yadav inaugurated the grand event at the Expo Mart.

A three-day international sports expo started in Greater Noida on Thursday. UP’s minister of state for sports and youth affairs Girish Chandra Yadav inaugurated the grand event at the Expo Mart.
Yadav, during the inaugural address at the 10th edition of the Sports India International Expo 2022 said, ‘’India is performing excellently in sports at national and international levels and we aim to make the country a world leader in sports.’’
Somendra Tomar, UP’s minister of state for power and alternative energy, was also present during the event.
The event will end on August 6.
The event is offering a business platform for national and international sporting goods and equipment manufacturers to find out new business opportunities in this country.
As against a business of Rs 200-300 crore generated in the last couple of years, this year, the fair aims to generate a business worth Rs 400 to 500 crore.
